These past few days have been amazing to say the least. The fine folks that has attended this conference and the ones that’s burn survivors from past injuries. My hats off to you. Y’all are strong, beautiful, determined, absolutely amazing. So much respect for you all. Joe Matits, Drew Sander, thank y’all for this experience. We’ve gained a lot of new family members during this, and we thank the lord that we was given the opportunity. Austin has been so moved by this experience. The second day of the Congress, and he told us he didn’t want to wear his gloves, we were so excited his confidence was built up that much after just one day. Again, thank y’all for everything. You don’t know how amazing y’all are!!!

As we concluded this year''s World Burn Conference (WBC) in Providence, Rhode Island I just wanted to say thank you to all of those who donated to our Foundation. With your support we were able to send Munia and her mother Khitam to the conference with registration and hotel expenses all funded by the foundation. I'm not one to carry on, but will say this hits home for me. I'm glad I was able to see first hand the positive impact the WBC had on both Munia and her mother. We have welcomed them both into our big family of survivors. The week was simply amazing and so nice to see all of my survivor friends again.
